 The DMV is a one story 35,989 SF Class A Office building, that includes surface parking and accommodates 20 employees. The project was to remove the roofing material that had asbestos felt and install new air conditioning unit on the roof. This was a fast track project. All demolition debris and hazardous material was removed and was supervised by a Certified Asbestos Consultant.
