I used Nielsen Environmental for my Malibu condo to remove some asbestos from the ceiling that one of my tenants had been exposed to from a leak in the ceiling. Kevin showed up with a small army of men and provided all the necessary notifications and equipment to complete the job including a smooth skim coat over the ceiling and paint.  In addition Nielsen also went out of the way to hang a light fixture in the dining room for me at no charge.  I would recommend Nielsen Environmental to use if you need asbestos removed he really knows his business.
